Return Policy

Custom-Made Products

Due to the custom nature of our wardrobe and shelving solutions, all products are made to order based on your specific measurements and requirements. Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:

  • Inspect the product to confirm the defect
  • Repair or replace the defective component at no cost to you
  • Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Installation Issues

If there are issues with installation that are our responsibility, we will:

  • Send our installation team to correct the issue
  • Make necessary adjustments at no additional cost
  • Work with you to ensure complete satisfaction

Measurement Errors

We take precise measurements before production. However, if we made an error in measurement that results in a product that does not fit, we will:

  • Remake the product to correct specifications at no cost
  • Cover all associated costs including materials and labor

If the measurement error was provided by the customer, modifications may be subject to additional charges.

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after production has begun. We encourage you to:

  • Review all design plans and specifications carefully before approval
  • Ask questions during the consultation phase
  • Request material samples if needed

Warranty

All our custom wardrobes and shelving systems come with a warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects for 2 years from installation
  • Hardware and mechanism failures for 1 year
  • Structural integrity issues for the lifetime of the product

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Refunds are only available for:

  • Manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired
  • Measurement errors on our part
  • Cancellation before production begins (subject to cancellation fees)
